What do you do with leftover pie material?

You make little pies! (I call them piechiks).

  1. I always sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on leftover pie crust, but I like your idea much better. I will have to try that next time I make pie.

  3. My wife made a pie using the Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook recipe, I made my little "Pie-chicks" out of what was left. We ate them last night. While they weren't as filling as a real piece of pie, they were absolutely incredible. Of course, they wouldn't have been very good if it weren't for the pie crust/filling.
