More napkins please...

I could have asked for more napkins, but this was easier. Oh, I did use one of the forks. Can you tell which one? Oh for 50 extra points, tell me where we were.

    I'm guessing the fork that is turned upside down in is the one that you used. I have no idea where you are at. I don't recognize the floor.
